From the 9th to the 11th of May 2025, bring your company and promote your products and services with a vast and interested audience, that has been growing.

Expocaça has the support and commitment of various entities in the sector, with emphasis on the ANPC, Portuguese Association of Hunting Packs, Clube Português de Monteiros, CNCP, Fencaça, SCI-Lusitânea Chapter. We rely on them to offer a vast and diversified program of parallel activities. It is also worth mentioning the support of the magazine Caça e Dogs de Caça, a fundamental communication organ for publicizing the Expoçaça and all the exhibitors and products.

Participating in the Expoçaça is the guarantee of contributing to the revitalization of hunting and the entire economy associated with it. We count on your participation.

Stands

  • Standard Decoration€ 250,00(includes: walls, lights, name of Exhibitor)
    Carpet 5,50€/ m2
  • Vehicles Area€ 17,50/sq.m(minumim 54sq.m)

*Carpet for own stands adds €5.00/m2

The organization will indicate to the exhibitors a furniture rental company, fors tables, chairs, showcases, etc.

Only requests made up to 15 days before the event will be guaranteed.

Note: All prices are subject to VAT.

Application Form

Completing this Application Form is a mandatory formality for participation in Expocaça. The Exhibiting Company undertakes to respect its clauses and also the General Rules of Expocaça. It is mandatory to pay 50% of the total amount of the participation, together with the submission of the Registration Form. The remainder must be paid up to 5 working days before the fair starts.
